嫌われる上司の典型の一つとして、やたら昔話をして懐かしむというのがある。

「オレが駆け出しの頃は～だった」「若いころはよく××したもんだよ、それに引きかえ・・・」などと言いながら恍惚の表情を浮かべる場合もあるだろう。
