新年が始まって１２日目。元日（ないしは三が日）に誓った目標は進捗しているであろうか。

「もう停滞しています」と言うのであればそれはそれで良い。目標が適正でなかった、とわかったからだ。

ならば、目標を再設定し再開しよう。一番マズイのは止めてしまう事だ。
