駅の立ち食いそば屋で「麺　大盛１００円」とある場合。

麺（一玉）の原材料原価を２０円前後、仕入れ価格を３５円くらいと仮定すると６５円がそば屋の値入高（もうけ）となる。

漠然と１００円と思っていたのが、意味のあるものに見えて来る。
